Points Alchemy Black Friday Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering the Points Alchemy Black Friday Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Points Alchemy (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 5:00 pm CT on November 25, 2025, and ends at Noon CT on December 1, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The winner will be selected on Black Friday, December 1, 2025.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and an active user. Employees of Points Alchemy and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @Points_Alchemy on Instagram.

• Submit the entry form via the official Points Alchemy website at (Above ⬆️)

Each eligible person may submit only one (1) entry. Multiple entries or the use of automated systems to submit entries will result in disqualification.

4. WINNER SELECTION

• The winner will be chosen using a random name selector tool and recorded via screen capture for transparency.

• The selection will occur on Cyber Monday (December 1, 2025).

• The randomizer will be used three times. The third name generated will be declared the winner.

• To be eligible at the time of drawing, the entrant must still be following @PointsAlchemy on Instagram and have submitted a valid entry.

5. PRIZE

• One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card, delivered electronically via email or Instagram DM.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD.

• Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.

6. NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING PRIZE

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours of the drawing.

• The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.

• If the winner does not respond within the 24-hour period, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected using the same process.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Points Alchemy, Instagram, and their respective owners, affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all liability or claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt of the prize.

• Points Alchemy reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or engaging in fraudulent or dishonest behavior.

• Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering this Promotion and in accordance with Points Alchemy’s privacy policy.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Amazon. By entering, you release Instagram and Amazon from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
